Star Results Pty Ltd makes no representation that the services and products comply with the laws of any countries outside of Australia and if you access these services and products for use outside of Australia you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in the State and Country in which you are located.

To become a Member and have access to the Members’ Area and the services therein, you must have provided the required information, paid in full the required annual subscription and be registered as a Member of Star Results Pty Ltd.

You may continue to have access to the Members’ Area until the earlier of -

a) the expiration or termination of your membership.

b) the termination of your access to the Members Area, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

c) the expiration of your subscription if not renewed on the due date.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Star Results Pty Ltd.may, in its absolute discretion, and without notice or liability to you, terminate your access to the Members’ Area if you breach these Terms of Use; or you act in a way that, in the opinion of Directors International, breaches these Terms and Conditions or the Star Results Pty Ltd Code of professional Conduct or is likely to be detrimental to the interests of Star Results Pty Ltd.

The Annual Subscription must be paid in full on applying to become a Member and will be renewed and charged to the registered credit card automatically on the anniversary date unless the Member has advised that he/she does not wish to continue as a Member by emailing their request to cancel membership to starresultsgolf@gmail.com

The level of subscription remains the same regardless of a Member’s grade.

In the event of the Subscription amount being increased all Members will be advised at least three (3) months prior to the increase becoming effective.

a) Accuracy of information

All information on this website is provided 'as seen' and Star Results Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage caused as a result of reliance on the information posted, whether or not that information has been posted by Star Results Pty Ltd or by a Member or user. 

b) Indemnity

Users will at all times indemnify and will continue to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Star Results Pty Ltd, any related bodies corporate and their respective personnel from and against all liabilities, costs, damages, expenses, claims, suits, allegations and demands, including, without limitation, all legal fees (incurred on a solicitor and own client basis), arising out of or in relation to:

(i) any infringement, or claim or allegation of infringement, of the intellectual property rights or any other proprietary rights of a third party; and

(ii) any fraud, deliberate or wilful misconduct or negligence or breach of these terms and conditions committed by users.

c) Availability of services Star Results Pty Ltd provides its services on an 'as and when available' basis and makes no guarantee as to the availability or performance of the website. Where a link appears to an external website maintained by a third party, Star Results Pty Ltd gives no endorsement as to the services operated by those websites.

a) Login details Star Results Pty Ltd will take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of information provided by Members and Users of the site but will not accept responsibility for breaches of security or unauthorized access that arise as a result of disclosure by Members of their login details. Members remain responsible at all times for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details, username and password and Star Results Pty Ltd accepts no liability for the misuse of these details.

b) Computer Virus

While Star Results Pty Ltd takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the website is virus free, Users acknowledge that they access the site at their own risk and that Star Results Pty Ltd is not responsible for any damages caused as a result of accessing this website. This includes, but is not limited to, any monetary or other loss that may result from loss or corruption of data, system downtime or hardware damage.
